Product Features
Rock wool blankets are inorganic, non-combustible materials with a fire performance rating of A1. They have a melting point exceeding 1000°C, effectively slowing the spread of fire and producing neither toxic gases nor molten drippings.
At room temperature, the thermal conductivity remains stable at 0.03–0.047 W/(m·K), effectively inhibiting heat transfer and significantly reducing the energy consumption of industrial equipment.
The product is supplied in a soft, roll‑form that can be cut to size, making it ideally suited for thermal insulation and wrapping of complex‑shaped equipment such as large‑diameter pipelines, pipe bends, valves, storage tanks, boilers, and irregularly shaped components.
The water-repellency rate can exceed 99%, with low volumetric moisture absorption, effectively resisting moisture-induced degradation and preventing mold growth.
The porous fiber structure can dissipate acoustic energy through pore friction, thereby reducing noise pollution and improving the working environment.
The acidity coefficient is ≥1.8, and the leachate pH is neutral or slightly alkaline, with no corrosive effect on metals. The product contains no asbestos and is free of harmful substances such as CFCs and HCFCs, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
