One-stop customized thermal insulation solutions for rock wool, glass wool pipe shells, and aluminosilicate materials.
Our company specializes in the production and supply of rock wool products, glass wool pipe shells, and aluminosilicate refractory insulation materials, with a deep focus on providing tailored thermal insulation and fire‑resistant solutions for the three core sectors of construction, industry, and marine applications. Addressing the specific temperature conditions, fire‑safety standards, operating environments, installation requirements, and acceptance criteria of each project, we eliminate the limitations of conventional off‑the‑shelf materials by offering end‑to‑end customized solutions—including material selection, custom specification design, system‑level adaptation, coordinated installation, and one‑stop procurement—precisely addressing challenges related to thermal insulation and noise reduction, fire protection and fire resistance, as well as energy efficiency and corrosion prevention, thereby enhancing quality and reducing costs across a wide range of engineering projects.
I. Differentiated Positioning Aligned with the Core Value Propositions of Our Three Key ProductsLeveraging three comprehensive lines of thermal insulation and refractory materials, we achieve full‑range temperature coverage—low, medium, and ultra‑high temperatures—while ensuring complementary product performance and customizable configurations to meet the tailored requirements of diverse and complex operating conditions.
· Rock wool products (boards/pipes and shells)Manufactured from premium basalt raw material, this product is Class A1 non-combustible and can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. It offers multiple advantages, including high strength, water-repellent moisture resistance, vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, and sound insulation and noise reduction. With exceptional versatility, it is ideally suited for architectural fire‑proofing and thermal insulation, medium‑ to high‑temperature pipeline and equipment insulation in industrial applications, as well as cabin and deck protection on ships, making it a cost‑effective, core insulation material for a wide range of engineering projects.
· Glass wool pipe shellUltra-fine porous fiber structure, with low thermal conductivity, lightweight and soft, excellent noise‑reduction performance, and temperature resistance up to 400°C; easy to install and dust‑free. Designed for medium- and low‑temperature insulation, cold‑storage applications, and noise control, it is widely suited for thermal insulation of central air‑conditioning ducts, ventilation systems, data‑center equipment, low‑temperature steam pipelines, and other related applications.
· Aluminum silicate fiber products (boards/tubes and shells)Operating temperature range: 600°C to 1,100°C; excellent chemical stability; resistant to acids and alkalis, with outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation; low thermal capacity; and superior resistance to high-temperature erosion. Specifically engineered for demanding ultra‑high‑temperature industrial applications, it is ideally suited for refractory insulation in kilns, boilers, high‑temperature flue gas ducts, and petrochemical high‑temperature reaction equipment.
II. Industry-Specific Customized Solutions1. Customized Construction Project SolutionsCore adaptation requirements: Fire‑retardant (Class A), energy‑efficient insulation, soundproofing and noise reduction, moisture‑ and mold‑resistant, compatible with civil‑engineering construction, and compliant with inspection and acceptance standards.
Customized Matching Plan: For core fire‑protective and thermal‑insulation applications such as exterior walls, roofs, partition walls, and fire‑protection piping, custom‑designed rock wool boards and rock wool pipe shells are provided in specified densities and thicknesses. In HVAC, plumbing, ventilation ductwork, and data‑center noise‑reduction and cold‑chain‑preservation scenarios, custom aluminum‑foil‑faced, self‑adhesive open‑cell glass wool pipe shells are employed to accommodate both indoor and outdoor dry and humid conditions. For high‑temperature fire‑protection junctions and fire‑resistant reinforcement layers on equipment, aluminosilicate materials are used to deliver enhanced fire‑resistance protection.
